Any personal data such as passwords, contacts, e-mail addresses, etc. will be safely removed in one of two ways - working phones will be master reset to factory specifications which removes any stored data prior to reuse. Non-working phones will have the data securely destroyed during the tear-down / recycling process. SIM cards are also destroyed if left in the phone.

Once the phone is received we check the condition and promptly Paypal you your funds electronically or send you a check for the value of the phone. It's THAT EASY!

We are based out Ferndale, WA - 90 minutes North of the Seattle metro area and primarily focus our efforts on the Pacific NW, however, anyone who finds our page is welcome to get involved or sell us their used phone. We also accept donations from all over the country to support cell phone recycling.

No. Once a device has been sent to Cell Seattle, it becomes our property and cannot not be sent back to the original owner. To avoid any changes in your price quote, please be honest and provide as much detail as possible about the make, model & condition of your equipment prior to sending it in. You can e-mail photos separately to Trevor@CellSeattle.com to enhance your quote.

Yes we do! We gladly accept all mobile phone accessories (including user manuals) which get responsibly recycled too.
